Our approach is to work directly with business owners, or to complement the skills of existing HR or L&D teams and increase capacity or capability for project delivery.
In one day a month, or one day a week, a lot can be achieved either in person or remotely.
Businesses do not normally employ someone like Director Rachel Hough, a HR and L&D business partner, until they get to around 70 employees, however the road to employing 70 people requires a lot of recruitment, HR and L&D expertise and input.
